Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified

Born and raised in Portland, Indiana. She continues to live in her hometown with her husband Kurt where they have raised their five children. Mandy worked for 13 years in EMS as an EMT prior to attending Ivy Tech Community College where she received her Associates in Nursing. She worked as a critical care nurse while receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Indiana University, also acting as their class President. She then completed with Honors her Master of Science in Nursing as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Indiana Wesleyan University. She was drawn to open her own practice so she could deliver care and education to her local community. While starting her own practice, her passion for aesthetics and functional medicine became stronger as the desire and need became evident. She is a certified aesthetics provider completing her training at The International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Certified BHRT BioTe provider. Certified Medical Weight Loss Management provider. Mandy Boeckman is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner by the AANP and the ANA. Her professional memberships include; The American Nursing Association, CAPNI, AHA, ASA, NAFNP, and IAPAM. When she is not working, Mandy enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and family, exercising, traveling, fishing, and hunting.
